Corpor8Bkeepr: I started beekeeping as an academic exercise; partly out of interest in environmental sustainability, partly out of understanding that an advanced level of internal discipline would be required of me to successfully grow and manage my hive. Successful beekeepers have a quiet mind while working their bees. For me, beekeeping became a metaphor for many business issues, and they're simply too rich not to share. As it turns out, we can learn a lot about corporate organizational alignment and practices simply by observing bees.
